CANCELLATIONS

  • We currently do not offer cancellations.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as all sales are final. 
  • We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure everything is just right. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
  • Please ensure all address, phone number, and pincode information is accurate before placing an order.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • At 333 jewels, we strive to provide high quality products you’ll love. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the rare case of a damaged or defective item.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@email.333jewels.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include in your email:
    - Clear photos of the damaged item
    - Subject line: ASSISTANCE NEEDED – [Your Name] – [Order Number]
  • Once we review your request and approve it, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and schedule a doorstep pickup within 24–48 working hours. 
  • Please ensure the product is in its original condition, and packaging. 
  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost within 2–7 business days or issue store credit of equal value based on availability.

PLATING WARRANTY

  • All 333 jewels pieces come with a 6-month plating warranty.
  • If plating fades within this period, we’ll replace your jewellery with a brand new piece at no extra cost.
  • Please email us or WhatsApp us on 9082668337 regarding the same. 
  • Note: We only provide a plating warranty and do not cover other forms of damage.
