• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

• We offer free standard delivery which typically takes 3-8 days, depending on your location.

• We ship across India. Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled. Shipping costs are non-refundable.​

DELIVERY

 

• Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

• There may be several reasons why a parcel is returned to us, such as incorrect or incomplete address details, wrong phone number, unavailability of the recipient, closed premises, or refusal of delivery. If you’ve provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us immediately so we can make the necessary changes. • If the order has already been shipped, we will do our best to update your address. However, if the order is already in transit, we won’t be able to change the address and will need to reship the order. In such cases, a reshipment fee of 200 INR will apply for orders with insufficient or incorrect address details. Please ensure all address, phone number and pincode information is accurate before placing an order.
