Our pieces are made using 18K gold-plated stainless steel, utilizing premium-grade metals such as 304 and 316 for superior quality. With advanced PVD plating, our jewellery is waterproof, water-resistant, and anti-tarnish, ensuring they maintain their shine and elegance over time. Hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin, our designs are perfect for everyday wear.

Is your jewellery waterproof?Yes, our jewelry is waterproof and crafted with premium materials to ensure it withstands everyday life. While it can handle water and won’t tarnish, avoiding regular exposure to water and perfume will keep your pieces looking their absolute best for a longer time. A little extra care goes a long way in ensuring your jewelry stays as radiant as the day you got it!

How do I choose the right size?All our jewelry pieces are adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit. For precise sizing, please refer to the measurements listed in the product description.

How do I care for my jewellery?To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid regular contact with perfumes, lotions, or water. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store in the provided pouch to prevent scratches.

Are your products customizable?At the moment, we do not offer customization. However, we are constantly expanding our range, so stay tuned for new designs!

What is the Shipping and Delivery process?Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. We offer free standard delivery which typically takes 3-8 days, depending on your location. For faster delivery, we also offer Express shipping at an additional cost. Please WhatsApp us on 9082668337 or dm us. Delivery timeframe will be 1-4 days depending on your location. We ship across India. Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I track my order?Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.

My parcel is returning back to the seller. What can I do?There may be several reasons why a parcel is returned to us, such as incorrect or incomplete address details, wrong phone number, unavailability of the recipient, closed premises, or refusal of delivery. In such cases, the customer will need to wait for the parcel to return to our warehouse and will be responsible for a reshipment fee of 200.

Can I change my address once the order has been placed?If you’ve provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us immediately so we can make the necessary changes. You can reach us at support@email.333jewels.com or send us a message on Instagram. If the order has already been shipped, we will do our best to update your address.However, if the order is already in transit, we won’t be able to change the address and will need to reship the order. In such cases, a reshipment fee will apply for orders with insufficient or incorrect address details. Please ensure all address, phone number, and pincode information is accurate before placing an order.
